- Recovery strategies (alternative sites, remote work, manual workarounds)
- Writing BCPs and recovery procedures

Day 5 – Exercising, Testing & Maintenance
- Types of exercises (tabletop, simulation, full-scale)
- Post-exercise improvement plans
